Most credit card orders placed by 3 PM Eastern are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
Expedited orders placed by 3 PM Eastern will typically ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY, however sometimes it takes an extra day. Rest assured all orders will try to be shipped within 24 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping & Handling (United States & Canada)
For all Cross Border US shipments, Kelvin Tools or Primera Marketing Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Kelvin Tools or Primera Marketing Inc. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Please note: Kelvin Tools or Primera Marketing Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Kelvin Tools or Primera Marketing Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
